- Change of mind
- Incorrect address provided by customer
We will offer a free replacement or full refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- There is a noticeable print quality issue

Send email at hello@minvaira.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear image of the issue. Approved replacements or refunds are processed within 7 –10 business days.
